Zap na Mesa — Privacy Policy

Who this covers

This policy applies to the iOS app Zap na Mesa (bundle id com.zapmesa.botequim). The app is a single-player, fully offline card game — there is nothing to sign up for, nothing to connect to, and no multiplayer or chat of any kind.

Everything above, when collected at all, is written to this device's local app storage (a Core Data database and UserDefaults) and is never transmitted anywhere — Zap na Mesa does not use the network for any feature.

Camera and photo library

The seat-portrait feature asks for camera access only at the moment you tap "Take a photo", and for photo-library access only through Apple's standard picker when you tap "Choose from library." A photo you take or pick is processed on-device into a halftone comic portrait and saved only in the app's local storage. It is never uploaded, shared, or sent to any server.

Notifications

If you turn on table reminders in Settings, the app schedules local notifications directly on your device using Apple's notification framework. No push server, no remote notification service and no third party is involved.

Children's privacy

Zap na Mesa is a general-audience card game and is not directed at children. It collects no personal information from anyone, including children, because it collects no personal information at all.

Your choices

Use Reset progress in Settings to erase your game record and stored portrait.
Deny or revoke camera/photo access at any time in iOS Settings — the portrait feature simply stays unavailable.
Turn off notifications at any time in iOS Settings or in the app.
Delete the app to remove all of its local data immediately.

Changes to this policy

If this policy ever changes, the new version will be posted at this same address with an updated date above. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated policy.
